Description
XTA Outlet End Bearing Assembly for Conveyor Discharge Ends
The XTA Outlet End Bearing supports the final screw shaft section at the discharge end of a tubular Screw Conveyor.
Its circular mounting flange, bearing housing and splined shaft interface form one outlet-end assembly. Six XTA models cover conveyor diameters from 114–139 mm through 323 mm, with mounting geometry matched to the corresponding discharge-end flange.
The shaft connection and bearing code are shared by several sizes, but the flange diameters and mounting pattern remain model-specific. A complete XTA replacement must therefore correspond with both the screw shaft and the conveyor outlet.
The Outlet Flange Is Part of the Bearing Assembly
The XTA does more than hold an internal bearing.
Its flange fixes the outlet support position to the conveyor end plate, while the DIN 5482 connection engages with the final screw shaft section. The bearing housing maintains the support point between these two interfaces.
Each model combines:
- A circular outlet mounting flange
- A defined DIN 5482 shaft connection
- A 2RS bearing
- Model-specific flange diameters
- Threaded mounting positions
- Housing dimensions matched to the conveyor outlet
The bearing number alone identifies only the internal bearing. It does not determine the flange size or complete XTA assembly.

| XTA00ES1A | 168 | 40 × 36 | 6008-2RS | M10 | 8 | 14 | 7 kg |
| XTA00ES2A | 193 | 40 × 36 | 6008-2RS | M10 | 8 | 14 | 7 kg |
| XTA00ES3A | 219 | 40 × 36 | 6008-2RS | M10 | 8 | 15 | 7.5 kg |

| XTA00ES5A | 323 | 40 × 36 | 6008-2RS | M10 | 8 | 15 | 15 kg |
XTA00ES0A uses the 28 × 35 connection, 6006-2RS bearing and four M8 mounting positions for 114–139 mm conveyors.
The remaining sizes use a 40 × 36 connection, 6008-2RS bearing and eight M10 mounting positions. Their flange dimensions continue to change with the conveyor diameter.
Outlet Flange Dimensions

| XTA00ES5A | 197.5 | 26 | 72.5 | 85 | 4 | 315 | 370 | 405 |
The five models using the 6008-2RS bearing are not interchangeable. Their ØF, ØF1 and ØF2 dimensions correspond to different conveyor-end mounting sizes.
XTA00ES1A and XTA00ES2A, for example, share the same bearing, spline, overall housing length and mounting pattern, but their ØF dimensions are 162 mm and 186 mm.
Model Selection Uses Both Shaft and Flange Data
An XTA must match two independent interfaces.
At the screw shaft, confirm:
- DIN 5482 connection
- Shaft-end dimensions
- Spline condition
- Engagement position
At the conveyor outlet, confirm:
- ØF, ØF1 and ØF2
- F3 thread size
- Number of mounting positions
- E-series housing dimensions
Matching the shaft spline does not make an outlet flange compatible. The reverse is also true: a flange that reaches the mounting plate may still contain the wrong shaft connection.
When the discharge plate has been replaced or fabricated locally, measure the current mounting geometry instead of relying only on the conveyor tube diameter.
Identifying a Replacement XTA
A readable XTA model provides the clearest replacement reference.
When the marking is no longer visible, use the following details together:
- Screw conveyor diameter
- DIN 5482 connection
- Bearing code
- ØF, ØF1 and ØF2
- F3 thread and mounting quantity
- E and E1 dimensions
Photographs should show the complete outlet bearing, shaft end and conveyor-end mounting plate. Include a ruler or caliper when recording the flange dimensions.
A bearing code or an external flange photograph by itself cannot identify the complete assembly.
Frequently Asked Questions about XTA Outlet End Bearings
The model marking is unreadable, and only 6008-2RS can still be seen. Which measurements identify the XTA?
The bearing code is shared by five XTA models.
Measure the conveyor-end flange, particularly ØF, ØF1 and ØF2. Also confirm the 40 × 36 DIN 5482 connection and the eight M10 mounting positions.
These dimensions separate the 168, 193, 219, 273 and 323 mm configurations.
The conveyor outlet plate was fabricated locally after an earlier repair. Can the XTA still be ordered from the tube diameter?
The tube diameter is a useful starting point, but the current outlet plate must also be measured.
A locally fabricated plate may use a different flange diameter or mounting pattern. Confirm the shaft spline, ØF dimensions, mounting thread and hole quantity before selecting the replacement.
The shaft accepts a 40 × 36 spline, but the eight M10 mounting holes do not align. Is the shaft match enough?
No.
The 40 × 36 shaft interface is shared by several XTA models, as is the eight-hole M10 pattern. The flange diameters must also correspond with the discharge-end mounting plate.
A correct spline does not compensate for the wrong outlet geometry.
The old XTA has four M8 mounting positions. Could it belong to one of the larger conveyor sizes?
The four-position M8 arrangement is associated with XTA00ES0A for 114–139 mm conveyors.
Confirm the 28 × 35 DIN 5482 connection, 6006-2RS bearing and flange dimensions before ordering, especially when the old outlet plate has been modified.
Do 114 mm and 139 mm screw conveyors use the same XTA outlet end bearing?
Both sizes use XTA00ES0A within the confirmed model range.
The replacement should still be checked against the 28 × 35 spline and the 148, 170 and 190 mm flange diameters, particularly on older or rebuilt conveyors.
XTA00ES4A and XTA00ES5A both use a 6008-2RS bearing. Can the complete assemblies be exchanged?
No.
XTA00ES4A has flange diameters of 265, 305 and 330 mm. XTA00ES5A uses 315, 370 and 405 mm, along with different E1 and E4 dimensions.
The shared bearing code does not make their outlet flanges interchangeable.
